As with the original, the GM LS3 V8 seems to be somewhat of a challenge to keep cool, specifically on the ground. Some of the FB page participants did upgrades/changes. The idea of this topic is to make an inventory of those changes. Starting with a comment Chad Faykus posted:
From one of our customers in the uk, he changes out the coolant lines from the rubber radiator hose that is provided to aluminum lines. We did the same thing to the spit here in South Carolina and it seems to help out a whole lot. We did ground grounds and taxiing for over 30 min, and while it got close to the red line, it never went over. But we also have the griffon radiators that ken fardie was able to procure a while back.
